Sir Paul McCartney's cheap shot aimed at former President George W. Bush at a White House event on Wednesday has prompted House Minority Leader John Boehner to demand an apology from the Beatle.

McCartney literally gushed over President Obama throughout his East Room concert.  “Getting this prize would just be good enough, but getting it from this president…” McCartney said letting his praise trail off as if there were vast volumes left unsaid.

The prize McCartney was given is the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, a lifetime achievement award bestowed by the Library of Congress. ................>>>>................>>>>............http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=37350

..horses as$. Another prepared script by the democraps just like when they had that tin-pot with the sombrero come to the White House to insult our country a few days ago. Don't think for a second that these were extemporaneous comments. They were written by the guttersnipes running that regime in Washington- the one with the feet on our necks.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Is this jerk an american citizen? NO!
Quoted Text
Paul McCartney is a British citizen. He is neither a citizen nor a resident of the United States, though he does own a ranch in Arizona and a house in Los Angeles.

He is planning a tour in this capitalistic country, to line his pockets.........we'll see if this statement will help or hurt him.

First amendment rights do not apply to non residents. Paul has made a complete fool of himself. Even Beatle magic cannot prop up a failed Chicago politician. Sorry diversions to not work anymore.

Who is acting "grumpy" now?

He has a RIGHT to say it. He just doesn't understand where and when to say it. Furthermore, imagine the outrage if an American celebrity was in Buckingham Palace to receive an award and made idiotic and disparaging comments about Tony Blair or Margaret Thatcher. Imagine how it would look. You don't go to someone's country to get an award and then make snarky comments, unless you are a liberal apparently. Then all is fair. Double standard as usual!

A listing of some of President Bush's more famous quotes:

"If we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure."

"One word sums up probably the responsibility of any Governor, and that one word is 'to be prepared'."

"The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country."

"I have made good judgments in the past. I have made good judgments in the future."

"The future will be better tomorrow."

"We're going to have the best educated American people in the world."

"I stand by all the misstatements that I've made."

"We have a firm commitment to NATO, we are a part of NATO. We have a firm commitment to Europe. We are a part of Europe."

"Public speaking is very easy."

"A low voter turnout is an indication of fewer people going to the polls."

"We are ready for any unforeseen event that may or may not occur."

"For NASA, space is still a high priority."

"Quite frankly, teachers are the only profession that teach our children."

"It isn't pollution that's harming the environment. It's the impurities in our air and water that are doing it."

The election of Barack Obama was a great step toward a successful Democracy, but a huge loss for Comedy.
