KR I don't think you set up EE. I think you were persuaded by GP to bring this notary caper to light after the fact. This was sent to DOS days before the election. State Agencies do not get involved in political hyjinks. I believe you are right in your other post that EE should have sent the affadavit to Dawn. Has anyone wondered if Dawn notarized one or more of these affadavits inproperly? I'm sure the rules are bent by notaries all over NYS. The stakes were high to GP and the Fiorillo Dream Team and they needed a silver bullit to win that election in spite of Lynn F having every line imanginable. It BACKFIRED!!!! To save face you felt the need to publically ridicule an eighty something elected official who has done more good for this town than the entire Tomassone, Paolino, Signore Admins. combined.
SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GP had nothing to do with my position or actions on this...and it had nothing to do with saving face for anything. You'll remember that I pleaded with EE to voluntarily surrender that Notary license...after several private attempts...I wanted her to leave with the legandary status she has earned...not under the growing cloud of suspicion that now follows her.
Would anyone object if I offered my two cents? I will wait till I am invited to give my opinion. Posters like Greenlantern might rip my head off so I will wait for an invite. I know alot of whats going on in Rotterdam, have for years and the reports on the previous administration are not good. I will wait though. I think Greenlantern is a bully and am a little intimidated by him. I can stand up to him or her. I'm sure of it. If it is Mr Parisi behind the name then I am not surprised but I should wait for an invite. I have some good stories to tell on my "relationship" with Gerard.
Maybe I shouldn't. He is a shifty kind of guy and I might end up like Mel Gibson's baby mama. I don't want that.
She only needs to work one day a year!!! So don't worry....be happy!

ROTTERDAM Mail voice only sign of absent town clerk Esposito recovering from an illness, according to son BY JUSTIN MASON Gazette Reporter
Some callers to the Rotterdam Town Clerk’s office are still greeted by the chipper voice of Eunice Esposito. The message left by the 83-yearold fixture of Town Hall sounds whenever calls are answered by the voice mail system at the clerk’s office. Otherwise, Esposito’s absence from her elected post continues with no clear end in sight. Her replacement, deputy Clerk Michelle Golden, declined to discuss Esposito’s future. When asked if residents had been wondering about the longtime clerk’s absence, she simply referred all questions to Supervisor Frank Del Gallo or town attorney Michael Godlewski. “I have no information to give,” she said Tuesday afternoon. But her son, Mickey Esposito, said his mother has every intention of returning to office once she recovers from an illness he declined to disclose. He didn’t have a timetable for her return, but estimated that it would be sooner than later. “She will absolutely be back,” he said Tuesday during a phone conversation to his home in Florida, where Esposito is visiting. “It’s not hoping she’ll be back, its that she’s coming back.” The staunch Democrat was elected to an unprecedented 11th term in November. She has consistently warded off rumors of her retirement and has instead insisted that she plans to serve out her fouryear term. Esposito initially took a 90-day leave of absence from her position in mid-April. The leave came just weeks after she admitted to notarizing documents without having people sign them in front of her, as required by law. The signature Esposito notarized on three occasions belonged to a deceased Rotterdam man, allowing the property to keep a STAR exemption he had realized while he was alive. State offi cials sanctioned her by suspending her notary license until September and requiring her to either take a three-hour course or pass a state exam before her powers are restored. There had been some speculation that Esposito would continue on as clerk until the Aug. 17 deadline to file independent petitions for town office passes. If she retires anytime after this deadline, the supervisor would chose an interim replacement, who would then need to be ratified by the Town Board......................>>>>.....................>>>>..............http://www.dailygazette.com/news/2010/aug/05/0806_esposito/
I beg your pardon MM but the real laughing stocks are Steven Tomassone and Gerard Parisi for their stupid political blunders. Throw in a political neophyte troll like Lynn Fiorillo with 5 lines and what happens....disaster. Had they crossed endorsed EE or left her alone they could have very well been in position to appoint EE successor but not anymore. They shot themselves in the foot, mouth and head. Yippeee for me!
