Heard from a reliable source today that Deputy Town Clerk MG is pi$$ed because EE is getting the $3000+ stipend for
Registrar of Vital Statistics and MG gets zip.

To the person who told me....thanks for the info.  It certainly is classic!

If MG is performing the work of the Registrar of Vital Statistics along with all the other Town Clerk duties, I can understand why she would be ticked off.  But let's face it,  she needs to make it known to the Administration that this situation needs to be addressed.    Just one of "their team" needs to starts the movement, others will jump on it.   Who will be the brave one?   Go MG, give it to 'em...they have certainly used you without sufficient compensation or respect.

FDG made it very clear that it is acceptable if EE just worked one day a year. It appears that things will stay the same in the rotterdam town clerk's office UNTIL EE leaves on her terms. IMHO

I heard him make that statement also...BUT, if he is running for Supervisor this year, he may be thinking twice about the whole situation and may need a little push to get the ball rolling.  I like the idea that you put out there a while back...the residents need to go to the Town Board meetings with pitchforks in hand.   The Seniors and town employees did an excellent job of fighting back at the last meeting.  We need to sit on the Administration and keep them working FOR the residents and not their own...IT IS WHY THEY ARE THERE!

Oh sure, and the minute someone comes up squashed in their chair, unable to breath cause someone sat on them (or they had a heart attack) - the forum member will be the first to be blamed.  Nice idea.

Actually, he never used the word "acceptable" ... he used the word "legal".

Winning the rotterdam supervisors race, this time, will not be a walk in the park for FDG. So he can continue to play the loyalist for EE if he chooses. That will NOT be the deciding factor for his win or lose.

However.....it will be an opportunity to make EE and issue for the opposition. If there isn't a decision made regarding EE, she just may end up in the 'cross hairs' (is that hate speech )of a campaign race.

Whether legal or acceptable, I was wondering, can anyone let me know the one day last year that Eunice worked?  Or is there a specific date this year that she is expected to come in and work her one day?  As far as the additional monies that she is receiving for doing additional jobs, if she does not show up to do these jobs, then those funds should be transferred to the person who is ACTUALLY DOING the jobs.

I don't think the Kratz will authorize FDG...Tony J. hates him and Tony is the darling puppet of the Kratz.

Mrs. Esposito worked from January 1 through the end of March -- that was when her medical leave started.
