I was thinking that she was on leave because of the two union grievances.

That is very possible...and the panic over this FOIL issue may have contributed to the high level of hostility Eunice has displayed
lately...the same hostility that led to those grievances. She seemed increasingly nervous and irritable in the days before she went
on leave...I know she was worried about this FOIL and what it would reveal.

If there is suspected criminal activity coming out of the town clerk's office, I would think an attorney could warrant/summons for this information. This may be beyond FOILS!

Good luck finding an attorney willing to file an Order to Show Cause seeking the preservation/recovery of records that would
incriminate Eunice!

hmmm
feds - democrat
state - democrat
county - democrat
town - democrat

what attorney who wants to win would take the case????
the Brick of Justice would lay waste.

EE  - grievances, loss of notary, handicap tag FOIL - that would make a person with full mental capabilities sick, not Eunice, she just cant remember what day it is, thus , if she should come to work - remember  - 'every day past last friday morning is a bonus for the taxpayers' - paraphrased from wed's board meeting.

I think you all are on the right track.  We need more residents to see exactly  what is going on or the media needs to start exposing the Rogue TB meetings in their articles.  Residents are just plain uninformed or feel that whatever they say will fall on deaf ears (as is the case wit this TB).  They seem to do whatever is on their agenda regardless of how it will affect town residents and, lest we forget, themselves.  Just saw their pick to run against GP -  talk about good ole boys network?  We need some checks & balances to call these guys out on the carpet.  You may have a lot of things to say about GP, but when he is gone we really have a problem...

She should be worried about what those FOILS could potentially reveal.  This $hit has been
going on for years.  Buy a vote here, buy one there, with the handicap tags!  Maybe she will
buck up and confess or potentially she could try to "buy" her way out of the grievances to
shut up the people who filed them.

Please don't portray EE as a victim here. The only victims in rotterdam are the taxpayers. Forgive me, but people don't care what EE was thinking or feeling....they care only about what she has illegally done and how much it has and will cost them. She was elected to serve the people according to the law.....not hand out illegal favors to the selected few.

That's what rotterdam does.....they get caught up in the 'touchy ooey, gooey, feely' stuff which only clouds the laws, rules and the job at hand. It's soooooooo rotterdam.

Let's face it....EE's career will end on a tarnished note as so many have before her. Remember....she is NOT the victim here.

Kudos bumblethru!!  The reality of it is that EE should have retired many years ago.  BUT, remember that according to ND EE "is the most loved person in the Town of Rotterdam."  PLEASE!  You mean there aren't any others who have really put themselves out there & worked their butts off for the good of this town?

Things haven't changed. The constantino day are back. When constantino was in, my neighbor was going to put in a pool and went for a permit. The building inspector at that time never looked at where or how the pool was going to be put in. He just handed them the permit, shook their hands and said 'vote for Jimmy'. Yup....and that's the truth folks. Well history does repeat itself or perhaps it has always been going on.

Rotterdam taxpayers have been getting screwed for decades!!!! Smarten up people!

Oh and one more thing....The fact that DM is even being considered
for the Town Clerk position has me puking in my shoes, especially
what her that moron Ron Severson said at the last TB meeting
about the hiring of the deputy town clerk.  It boggles my mind.

Why don't you people take all this energy and go help some folks in need.  You guys are an angry band of wannabe's.  Leave EE alone.  Your constant need to denigrate her makes you all look like sniveling, impotent, sore losers.

BT what a bunch of BS relative to the "vote for Jimmy" message.  Constantino was a jerk and I NEVER voted for him and I am a Dem.  Other than his appearance on my doorstep,( which btw, I threw him off) nobody every asked me to vote for him.

There are lots places that you all could donate your time to.

Come on Mary, don't be so hard on them. They clearly are not independent minded. They are great little foot solders for the cause of the party. They are just the water boys/girls that promote the sh!t! They allow themselves to be used to serve the party and not the people! That my friends is liberal socialism at it's best! And it is alive and well in rotterdam!
