Irrelevant is not the correct word Gadfly.  You spoke to her privately why in hopes of threatening her?  You compassionate appeal during the town meeting was condescending at best.  Fraud is a pretty harsh word don't you think?  You've been hanging around with the legendary MM too long and your good judgement has been clouded.  Again who appointed you judge and jury?  GP or TB?  Is your conscience so clear that you feel you can throw the first stone???  MT is right yet again.  People will just go across the hall to Dawn.  Eunice is going nowhere.  She will remain at the counter sans her notary stamp.  Once again in the scheme of things the Reps/Cons look impotent in this matter...at least for now.

People will go across the hall, no doubt.

What's irritating to many is the coverup and lack of an ethics review on this and the mail issue, from the current administration.

Quick to judge someone that has an (R) after their name, but obviously not a (D)

I don't know MT seems to me the Reps were really quick to jump on the Dems in the past.  You would have to remind me about the mail issue.  I just don't recall it at this moment.

Everyone has trouble with the "truth"

Step up, Own up, and Step Down

ROTTERDAM
Town’s handling of ethics complaint called ‘mistake’
BY JUSTIN MASON Gazette Reporter

A complaint mailed to Rotterdam’s Ethics Board was opened and reviewed by someone in Town Hall other than a member of the panel.
Resident Frank Salamone sent the complaint after members of the Town Board hired Linda Leary to replace Peter Coffey as the Ethics Board’s attorney during their organizational meeting on New Year’s Day. In the complaint, he said the appointment was unlawful and cited a town code that outlines a distinct process for hiring a new Ethics Board attorney if the former one is not retained.
But Salamone said the Ethics Board didn’t receive the complaint until two weeks after it originally arrived in Town Hall. And once it was forwarded, he said the complaint was accompanied by an opinion from Michael Godlewski, the Town Board’s privately contracted attorney.
“That’s problematic,” Salamone said Monday. “They opened someone else’s mail.”
The complaint and its handling was brought up at the Town Board meeting last week. In comments made during the meeting, board member Gerard Parisi urged that appropriate measures be adopted to ensure ethics complaints are properly delivered to the rightful recipients.
Deputy Supervisor Robert Godlewski said he was unsure of the exact nature of the complaint. However, he said Salamone’s letter was inadvertently opened in the Town Clerk’s Office and characterized the mishandling as “an innocent mistake.”
