No way!  I was calling the Town Hall to check on the employees to be sure that they made it to work.  Somebody on the Forum (Ms. peeper) said the roads were terrible!

My friend's aunt lives on curry rd. She told him that she was without power this morning but that it was back on.

I'm sure that there will be many  more power outages with our predicted next storm tomorrow. They say that the wind will be a major factor along with the snow! Oh well....at least it is the end of February and not the end of Nov or Dec!

The band of clueless wannabes haven't even been in office at the town hall for two months and their actions have already
caused a widespread power outage in our town.

The same Democrat hacks on this forum who attacked the prior administration for not effectively communicating the status
of the repairs to the broken water lines, are now excusing the amateurs running Rotterdam and dismissing their inaction
in advising residents of the power outages.

I would bet that the Supervisor is out on his backhoe digging holes looking for the problem.  DiLeva should be running
town hall today as she's got the day off from school.

Speaking of those in office now, I just called the Supervisor's office.  The East Greenbush overpaid secretary didn't make it in today...or left early.  Instead, you have to speak to the Supervisor of Parks and Recreation.  That's right, Diane Marco is now answering the phones.  Don't believe me? Call 355-7575, ext 393.

These outages are the result of previous Republican administrations such as Duci's, Bush's and Jursynski's. Even Goldwater passed a bill in 1962 in the Senate which deprived New York of its rightful share of electrical infrastructure inprovements, and it was said that Teddy Roosevelt cut aid to Schenectady and made Edison leave too, which was the fatal blow to our power transmission lines. If they get rid of the last 15 Republicans in state office, then FINALLY I am SURE- we will never have to suffer any more outages like this.

Dummies, didn't you realize they let the infrastructure dwindle while giving tax breaks to the rich?
