KM Princetown Rd is plowed by Schenectady County DPW.

I realize that.  I brought it to their attention that they may want to check with the county as to why they weren't holding up their end of the bargain, especially considering the emergency services with their home bases on the road.

The roads were fine.....as they always are. Rotterdam has the best paved roads in the county. Go live in 'the city' and tell me how the roads were!

Ditto BT!

Let's go with the conspiracy theory on Peepers street though.  This snow storm was really a Republican retaliation plot!

I wondered how long dem operatives would take to attack Longo once he was elected Rep chairman. Wow better than a foot of snow in a twelve hour period would surely give some people ammo to go after him. As if one would have to do with the other. I mean give me a break.

I advised that I couldn't, as I need to earn as much as possible to pay my town and county taxes (yes, I called them county taxes...I forgot that they're not, they're state and federal mandates).

Once again....are town taxes so high, people need to look at the tax bills, school taxes are usually 55%-60% of your bill

As for the FedEx trucks at exit 25, again sounds like county or state DOT (depending on location), not Rotterdam, if any member of the town highway dept reads this, GREAT JOB!! The roads were done early and nearly to perfection in my neighborhood.

Better idea.  Join us for the rally to ask for Craig Surprise's resignation for "setting" up Eunice by sending that particular resident to her, knowing full well that she was confused and an easy target.  The bullcrap that is going on in TH has its roots where the demise of the Republican regime first started--the Rotterdam Assessor Craig Surprise' office.  Stick that in your NNTP spin cycle BT. K

and we are what? proud of this position being held in this manner? I dont understand.....help me too....please----

I see that now it  is Jim Longo's fault when stuff doesn't get done that he isn't even responsible for. I hear a branch fell in central park in NYC, killing someone, I think Longo is responsible for that, just like he's responsible for the roads under the county's jurisdiction. While we are at it, maybe it's Longo's fault that the governor covered up the domestic violence of one of his staffers....

This blaming Longo thing is pretty absurd.  I can't believe this thread has nearly 700 hits.  WOW!  The town clerk is committing misdemeanors in the same building the Supervisor's office is in.  Yet we have people trying to divert attention with this?  Hopefully people can recognize a red herring when they see one.

I sincerely hope so to GL.  The general populous of Rotterdam needs to know the real facts on our town clerk and it needs to come from the Town Board.  They should be asking for an investigation.  Silence isn't always golden.

The dems have nothing else to deflect this situation but a freakin act of God snow storm.  Pathetic!

Rumor around town hall is that certain people are trying to drum up candidates to run against Jim Longo.  Not sure if it is an inner party issue or just a no free ride tactic.
