Right, he's the guy that ran uncontested and now because we have a colossal snowstorm he's doing a lousy job??? He and his crew are doing a good job given the situation.
The infrastructure is aging and there will be more breaks. Can't predict what mother nature will do.
Get a grip on reality Peeper. The dems couldn't even find someone willing to run for the position. Unless you are going to move from the Sr. Center to the highway bunker?? |

Hey peeps.....I certainly hope that you are not the voice of ALL the liberal socialist dems. Cause if you are representation of them....then they are clearly in deep trouble and are just NASTY NASTY BRAINLESS, VINDICTIVE people! This current administration has problems as it is...you don't need to add to it. If you want the residents of this town to work with and support and trust this current administration, then you should 'kool it'. (check spelling ) They clearly have enough on their plate that they can't handle without you making matters worse. K? |

What do you "right wing facists" think about holding a rally before the next Town Board meeting demanding Eunice's resignation for, by her own admission, committing a misdemeanor by fraudulently notorizing the signature of a deceased individual? Our signs should call on the Supervisor and the Town Board to request her resignation in the name of higher standards in government. We can inform the media.
So long as Peeper wants to throw around names and accusations, we might as well deliver and live up to her expectations. |

Ask around. You might be surprised to hear what common folk are saying. This obvious Republican contolled board has no shame in protecting their last bastion of patronage and support.
I will tell you this......it took Jim Longo almost two weeks to fix a water main break in good weather conditions. God forbid we get another foot of snow tomorrow. His performance since his "demotion" has been dismal and the guys who drive the trucks will tell you his days are numbered as Hwy Super. Sprinkle in his new political leadership position, a foot of snow and rebellious residents and he will cave. Mark my words!!!
By good weather conditions, are you referring to the water main break a couple months ago, when I don't think the temp got about 10 degrees? Your right good weather conditions to be fighting a broken water main, caused by frozen soil and frost heaves. Good weather conditions, I would love to have seen you out there for hours on end freezing your a!# off working on that, I think the people who worked on that deserve a pat on the back, not a blind side slap for taking some time to get it resolved, maybe you need to get off your high horse |

Better idea. Join us for the rally to ask for Craig Surprise's resignation for "setting" up Eunice by sending that particular resident to her, knowing full well that she was confused and an easy target. The bullcrap that is going on in TH has its roots where the demise of the Republican regime first started--the Rotterdam Assessor Craig Surprise' office. Stick that in your NNTP spin cycle BT. K |

Keeping with the horse reference, I would rather see Eunice ride out high in the saddle knowing that it's time to ride the range and get outa town. Obviously her son cares about her and wants to enjoy her company.
How many of her friends that urge her to stay on have illegally issued handicapped tags? It's not her authority to decide who is eligible for a handicapped tag or for how long. Unless, of course, she's gotten an MD at some point in her life. Let's check some of those facts shall we? Show me the paper trail!
Hats off to those who froze their butts to fix that water main break. Tough conditions and glad you were there to work on it. Guess your holidays weren't that fun either. Those weren't politicians but public employees. |

Is "confused" her regular state of mind? It is time for Eunice to retire. She's a nice lady who served us well for years. But, her effectiveness and her aptitude are waning. |

I would like to see Surprise highjacked outa town though. I would join a public rally for that. He gets and "A" for arrogance! Adios a-hole!
Any gripes should be sent to FDG post haste. Can't get rid of an civil servant without good documentation. |

WOW I have never seen the roads in Rotterdam, after a major snowstorm so bad. Is this the new Republican Town Chairman and Highway Superintendent James Longo's way of settling scores after losing his $16,000 stipend? Petty politics once again from a leftover Tomassone croney.
Maybe you could take a lesson from the Dem controlled/maintained City ... their streets, I hear, are ALWAYS in great condition. LOL |

So many children are told, "just say no" guess we need to tell adults if you know something is wrong, "just say no" that would have stopped all this talk about EE. Just a thought...... |
