The new administration seems to have dropped the ball on the residents concerns with the whole tax issue with GAR...we ( the tax payers ) paid to have our town fairly evaluated and we ended up with a very poor unprofessional job done. What is being done ??? I have heard that residents are reaching out to Frank D and he doesnt even respond !!!

FDG is being told by RG and the town attorneys not to speak.  You will never get an answer....until they are voted out!

What's the status on the lawsuit against GAR? Wasn't the last administration suing GAR for gross negligence and errors that resulted from the reval.

Well Biag, guess you'll have to go to a town board meeting and ask. OOPS!! Don't bother cause they're not allowed to speak. Perhapsyou could send an email to to the 'super'. OPPS!! Don't bother cause the 'super' can't or doesn't know how to retrieve them. Maybe you could just make an appointment with the town attorney, who seems to be running the show, and he can tell you.

Ain't democracy great? Not in rotterdam!!!

I attended several TB meetings last year when Bob G asked the administration about the status of the lawsuit against GAR; he went on and on ad nauseum.   And now when the residents ask a question...Sorry, no questions unless it is presented to the TB in writing.

Hey....get ready to bend over when the county leg. does their budget for next year. We can all expect a double digit increase. And sure, we can all go to those meeting too. But it appears that rotterdam has taken the 'ask but don't respond' policy right out of the socialist liberal democratic county leg play book. Don't expect an answer from them either. The city council does the same thing! Nice, huh?
