thank you Mighty! It doesn't take a whole lot of brains to figure this out. Like I said many times before.....the tb was dupped by sync and those that represented them. (not that it was a difficult task) It will rear it's ugly head.

Rotterdam will have it's own Yates village on the west end and a half way house for prisoners on the east end folks! And it's only been FOUR MONTHS!

Yeah a real Yates village...you blithering idiot!  Rent there is comparable to that of a Rotterdam home....

You have continued to say Sync duped the TB but when pressed in every post you do you have no real basis for making the statement.  Now you take that Google maps can't find an address as proof again that there is a dupe...  Seriously?  You do understand not EVERY address is found there right?  

Until you present some facts or even a solid argument just shut the f*** up already...

As for the disabled children being the turning point in the argument, you are flat wrong.  While I believe it should be the primary issue for Spring's firing, it wasn't that critical here. The TB made the decision to go ahead because the planning board's consideration was based on issues that were outside of it's scope.  That coupled along with bad handling of the previous administration were the primary reasons for deciding this issue.

Into what? Granting zoning to property that has always been a place of residence to someone?  Granting zoning to a property that the last administration would only grant if they gave up 60' x 500' so they could have an access road?
