Basil, don't worry.  The Rotteram cops (then, Schenectady County cops) will go into the city to help straighten things out, then when there's an issue in Rotterdam, we'll have someone (don't ask me who) here to take care of things.  The (former) Rotterdam police won't be pulled away.  They'll romise us before this is pushed on us.

just like national healthcare would mobilize the nurses/aides/MD's to unionize-----WHO THE HELL WANTS TO PAY FOR THAT????
