The TU wants you to believe that the chiefs all need a raise and are underpaid too. Must be nice to retire at 42 and get a $50,000 pension. Don't you all wish you could get that deal?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

And we, the taxpayers, can thank our government officials, who just about give the farm away when they negotiate these union contracts.

Quid pro quo?

So the Albany Chief is in charge of 3 times the population and makes less money than the Rotterdam Chief? Makes sense!

When the next rpd negotiations come around, I would lay it right on the table that the taxpayer can no longer sustain the taxes they pay for their police force. And that the rpd has to give up some concessions. If they don't, than let the taxpayers know EXACTLY if the rpd will give and not take in this round of negotiations.

Let the taxpayers decide!

shock  - this is an American icon - taxation with representation

it started in the mid-seventies in rotterdam with the enactment of the state dwi laws and still continues. now it is about votes

remember the supervisors job is part-time and he could not afford a cab back then
