All of that is true.  She supported Bill because she felt he was the only real conservative Dem in the bunch.  Not sure about Godlewski.  Never heard her mention any particular allegiance to him.  AS far as discussing Eunie's campaign--what else would they talk about in TH--recipes?

No she was totally devoted to NNTP and to Lazzari the Sheriff.  Totally.

New blood yes I am all for it.

The NNTP got me interested in local politics.  I went to the fund raiser they had a Mallozzi's, and I thought I heard about this Kelly person riding Parisi's motorcycle to the event.  I'm assuming this is the same Kelly person.  Can anybody verify.  It would seem odd a person attending a this type of fund raiser riding in on the local GOP chairs motorcycle.  wouldn't ya say.

WHO CARES ABOUT KR????? So she does stuff with both parties.......I think there is a title for that? I cant quite remember it right now....
As for who/what lost it for the Rems-----THEY DID THEIR OWN IN....lost their souls/minds........waaaaayyyy too much Bible thumping....it's none of
your business.....as for the Dems---the clock is tick-tick-ticking......

INCUMBANTS OUT---get off my back---dont tread on me.....

I cant believe we are wasting keystrokes on this conversation about KR, the Dems, the Reps.......only NNTP(or whatever namesake it shall evolve too)
is the future....honestly, this ain't your mommas politics.......the hippies have had their dance and so have the Cleavers........you have officially
been tapped to leave the dance floor.........

Hey Tyler-it would seem MORE odd that the moronic GOP chair and attorney would lend his motorcycle out to somebody.  I continue to be amazed at just how reckless and irresponsible GP can be.

I couldn't agree more. But the bigger question is where are kr's loyalties? Perhaps it was a trade off.......motorcycle for info?

So letting someone use your motorcycle should render you ineligible for office?

If I had a motorcycle, I would never let anyone ride it...simply because I'm not financially stable enough to go through any issues with it.  However, if I had a few Ferraris and a boatload of cash in the back (not saying GP does) then all my friends would be taking my Ferrari out.

Get over yourselves...focus on the issues!  KR's effect on campaign may be a valid point.  Her riding Gerard's bike is simply not.

No of course not TBV that doesn't render you ineligible but it makes one question your intelligence.  I know someone with several Ferraris and a boatload of cash he neither let's anyone drive them nor get into his cash.  In fact he has constructed a climate-controlled garage to house them.

KR was smart to take a ride on his bike--even if it was to a NNTP fundraiser.  The very REP Chair was a fool and continues to reveal himself as such.  If you want to know where her loyalties are one would need to ask her.  We can continue to speculate on this issue.  I would guess at this juncture she would be leading toward the Buchannan train.  BTW was TB injured in the fracas?  JM needs a lonnnnnger vacation than I thought.

As one of the few posters that actually attended the NNTP fundraiser let me answer. Most would rather babble off topic with wallet secured in pocket.

Yes-KR was there! Why weren't you? Right-conflict with another meeting-lol. I heard she came in on a pony-stuck a feather in her hat and called it Howdy Dowdy. The NNTP will continue the fight. KR will continue the fight. Hopefully, they can find common ground.

I was just following the posts.  To Brads point of whether to trust her or not and where her loyalties stand.  I thought showing up at his fund raiser on GOP chairs bike might validate decision to break ties with this person.  Somebody posted about playing both sides against the middle.  Sounds accurate. She sounds like a professional agitator.JMHO

TD--she is NOT a professional agitator.  She is a conservative, Repbulican leaning person.  Occasionally she will back a Dem if he is a true Conservative thinking Dem, eg. Bill Cook.  She dislikes Liberals a lot but she is loyal to her friends and those she campaigns for.  Ang, who this thread is REALLY about, must have caused her some angst because of his flip flopping but BL is just a major disappointment to some on this board.  And he treated her badly.  As Michael Smirkonish would say a "dolt and a bad actor."

Who cares about KR.....really.....who is she? never saw her name on a ballot.......in this town county and pretty much in this whole country now......neither party is doing their own laundry...
they hire out for agitators like KR......and the sheeple aren't sure......they are split and led in different directions, ultimately to get nothing done but to make sure nothing truly gets done and the status
quo remains the same and the siphon continues upward....

I'm sorry to say....but this is an example of anyone who is trying to break the reins of 'doing business as usual' in local politics. I will say AGAIN.....it is time for new, fresh faces. New fresh ideas. New fresh blood and future visions. It is time for accountability. Integrity and the 'real' desire to serve and make a positive change.....AND shaking off the old.

This can not and will not be accomplished when people are continually recycle the 'same candidates/supporter' over and over. It hasn't worked in the past and it will continue to not work in the future. TIME FOR CHANGE FOLKS!

As far as cooke being a conservative liberal.....THERE IS NO SUCH THING!!! You are either a conservative or a liberal. For example...what is H.Vell?

It appears, and I could be wrong, that kr supported cooke, just cause she didn't like st. She was closely associated with the con party at that time and cooke was looked at as being more lenient and a shoe-in when negotiating the rpd contract.

MM--sorry not KR--I have a cat.  I think she hates them.  Bumble--who called someone a Con and a liberal?  Cook is not a liberal.  Neither was John Polino.  Both were pretty conservative for Democrats.  Cons. Dems mighjt as well be moderate Reps.

I agree--new faces, new blood and a new spirit to the party.
