He never hired an illegal.  Go to youtube and watch the "Dobbs on Lawrence O'Donell.  He hired contractors that hired illegals.  I don't know about you, but if I hire a contractor to work on my house, I don't verify if the contractor completed the I-9's on their workers.  It's a hit job by The Nation to smear Dobbs.  What's next, if you buy tomatos from the market, you will be considered to be indirectly employing illegals?

Report: Illegal labor worked at Lou Dobbs' homes

NEW YORK — The Nation magazine is reporting that former CNN anchor Lou Dobbs relied on illegal immigrants to help maintain his homes even as he spoke out on the air against them.
The Nation said the article, published online Thursday, is based on a yearlong investigation including interviews with five immigrants who worked without papers on Dobbs' properties in New Jersey and Florida.
Dobbs said in an interview Thursday the article is "a political assault" based on what he called "the lie" that he has hired illegal immigrants.
