The next question that has to be answered is did the employee have permission from someone, and who was it, to dump the material into the hole that they were trying to fill?

I don't think most of you realize that it's very simple to watch you log in and out of your accounts...
It is a hoot isn't it. Desperate people take desperate measures.

DEC fines town
$5,000 for rubbish

ROTTERDAM — The state Department of Environmental Conservation assessed the town a $5,000 fine for the mysterious piles of rubbish that were found in a pair of decommissioned lagoons near the Rotterdam Sewage Treatment Plant in late October.
On two occasions, conservation officers observed solid waste deposited in the lagoons, according to the DEC consent order signed by the town last week. Rotterdam paid the fine and waived its right to a hearing regarding the matter according to the six-page document.
Treated lumber and a 55-gallon oil drum were found in the lagoon during the first incident. Less than five days later, town workers discovered a fresh load of scrap metal in the same location off West Campbell Road.
At the time of the discovery, Supervisor Steve Tommasone alleged the debris was placed in the lagoons by a disgruntled employee hoping to make his administration look bad before November’s election. He vowed to punish any employee involved in dumping items into the lagoons.
The area where the debris was found is enclosed by fence and locked by town workers during off-hours.

Yeah, the FBI should look into it too.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

only those lucky enough to have service
those on the hill must drink their or their neighbors soil filtered waste
and for that land requirement they get to pay a little more

We have a small enough town with enough relatives to be able to 'get a line' on the DNA......
