again to senders  ITS the LEVY

if my assessment is reduced  by 20K,  the total of all assessed properties drops 20K
remember what you do to one side of the equal sign you must do to the other
total change in my taxes = ZERO

bring in 10 million in NEW value  (Growth)
my percentage is now smaller  - slightly
we are talking of altering numbers 6 places to the right of the decimal

keep the roll up to date and accurate to prevent free loaders

Stand behind the process and the people problem goes away
