Police were called to the former Schenectady Charter School on Draper Avenue Friday night, to look for a person who was reported missing.  Upon their arrival, officers found 16 year-old Andrew Jones of Scotia hiding in a makeshift bedroom area, where he's believed to have been staying for several days. Police say part of the building smelled of smoke, and was damaged by fire.  Jones has been charged with burglary and arson. He was remanded to the Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bail.
