Muhahahahaaaaaaa...we need scary Halloween music to go with this thread...Toccata and fugue in D Minor might work from Bach.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

TAPS would be more appropriate.

If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.

If all these people have all the answers to what's wrong with the town and are convinced they'll work, how come we never hear from them or their actual ideas/plans at bored meetings, public forums, editorials, etc?

I mean, if they're so great, why wait till election time? I would think if you're a business man, and you've got a sure fire idea that can "fix" what's broken - why not bring it up a year or two or 6 before you decide to run for election? Bring them to the table - let's hear them - let's consider them.

So far, I've seen none of the candidates do that.

Just the opposite MT-they show up at meetings and say nuthin. They hide in the back reading Mad magazine upside down. Even worse are Stan THE MAN and Joe Ziggy who sit on the bored and say nothing except seconding motions to adjourn. The only fix is another taxing district?

Good point MT.  What has Joe Sigsnore done besides hire his kid as a Rotterdam Cop, save John DeGeorgio and Pat Aragosa from the chopping block, hire Craig Surprise and John MacIsaac, raise taxes over 30% during his tenure, cut deals to appoint Judy Dagostino, promote officers in the PD without the chiefs recommendation, bond, bond, bond after he pledged not to, lose two elections, fiddle while Rotterdam burns.....snore, I second Mr Supervisor, get fat and turn white.

Need I say more cause we haven't yet scratched the surface on his dismal tenure as Supervisor.

Sal you disappointed me. I expected you to lay the blame on this horrible robbery on Steve.

Back to Ziggy-another polenta. Stands for nothing. Where is he on the RMS Tax? Right on both sides of the issue with a finger in the wind. Not only is FDG and Eunice going to win this polenta Ziggy is also going out with Stan "THE MAN".

I know some folks are hell bent on destroying the reps just to get to their dysfucntional leadership. To teach them a lesson so to say. And I agree, in part.

But doesn't anyone have a clue on what is going to happen to rotterdam IF fdg and crew get elected? Some folks remember paolino days and think they are going to get that back. Or even kirvin and constantino (OMG ) as some have stated. But come on here people....fdg is NO paolino. Or any of the others named. He does not have a clue! Again people...why does anyone think that the dems opted for fdg over leet???

Maaybe DelGallo wanted it more than Leet.  The Dems knew a businessman could win.  Godlewski is very smart.  Don't discount him.

First....I guess I'd want the position too if 'I' and my 'friends' had something to gain. I would too if I got away for years without paying my fair share in taxes then all of a sudden I had to pay up. I guess I would too if I knew everyone else was going to make all of the decisions. I guess I would too....if I was stupid!

As far a bob 'no change' god.......I'm sure you are just goshing us. Obviously suhrada is taking queues from bob 'no change'. 'No change' couldn't get elected at the county level, like suhrada knew he couldn't either....so they thought they'd run for the lesser government role!

Here's why FDG is better than Beet-he is electable-he talks our language-he is a business leader-he listens. Funny to hear REPS say stick with a flop bureacrat. Anyone who would pick Mr Surprise for anything should be booted out. In 2 years we can boot again.

Unfortunately Godlew may also win because of failed leadership. He is a windbag/bore-but those that knew and did nuthin must also be held accountable.
