My husband and his co-workers participate in a 401K offered by their employer. They all have for years. One of the many stocks that many of them participate in, is US Property's. Within this last year, this particular stock has taken a significant drop and continues to decline. My husband, along with his co-workers have tried to opt out of this stock and move their money to another since they have already lost approximately 28%. They were denied. They said that they can't opt out of this stock.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

There is usually a time frame to change it......IE:every Feb/Oct.......decrease the input and find something else....

If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.
