Now you are talking Brad!!!
I think there may be one along I-890 headed West just past the High Bridge Road ramp. It's a NNTP sign. Too busy of a stretch for me to wander over and take it down for you. It's stuck on the top of the chain link fence.
I doubt any politician who won or lost would have an issued with someone taking down their sign.

Wow. It's on I-890? How the $%^&* would have placed one on a major highway? I'm out of town on company business till Saturday evening. I will look for it on Sunday and, if found, remove it. Thank you for alerting me to its location. |

Might have been the homeowner from their backyard since it's on top of the chain link fence. Good visible spot!!! Not somewhere I want to pull over and go down the roadside for though. It's all yours!!! |

Jigs,
I sent an email to my No New Tax Party fellow candidates informing them of the sign and asking that whomever got by the location first take the sign down. Brian was "Johnny on the spot" within hours of my email. |

That homeowner did not want his sign removed, fellas (and gals.) He actually collects them and put them on his basement walls too. You can get to his house in Highbridge and return it to him, maybe. I am not joking! LOL! I know the man. |

Than perhaps he should have taken it off the chain link fence and brought it into his basement. Perhaps? I mean seriously........who would have known? |

Certainly, the candidate and the party should make every effort to take the signs down after election day. However, I don't agree that you can hold the candidate responsible for those that remain. He or she may have no idea where the signs were erected. You can't expect the candidate to drive every street in the town (or county).
Why not? They started the job by putting the signs in place to begin with, now they need to complete the job and take or have them taken down. But then again, they are politicians so why wouldn't they only do something half-a$$ed anyway. |
