BALLSTON SPA — Stillwater Supervisor Shawn Connelly will not be allowed to run as a Republican in the primary or general elections this fall, a state Supreme Court judge ruled this morning. Connelly appealed a decision by Saratoga County Elections commissioners which threw out his GOP nominating petitions for the fall elections.
