According to the NY Post former Kinderhook Assemblyman John Faso is deciding between a run for Congress against Obama newbie Murphy or Comptroller against DiNapoli.

  Faso ran for Gov against Spitzer and narrowly lost a State Comptroller race before that. John Faso has withdrawn his name from consideration for new NYS REP Chairman. Look for John Faso on either a Statewide or Congressional ballot in 2010.
