Not only do you lie, but in true Paladino fashion, you keep repeating that misinformation over and over again, hoping that it will be accepted as truth. I'm surprised you didn't do it in all caps. Savage, and Metroplex had nothing to do with Ingersoll. It is in The Town Of Niskayuna, and that's where all arguments took place. All the decisions involving it were made by the Niskayuna town board, not Schenectady. There is a pretty good running chronicle of the whole story, encompassing the last 5 years, at The Schenectady Informer site. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQ78IlJs5JQ&feature=relatedI was at most of the town meetings concerning it, and trust me, Savage wasn't at a single one.
Wait, I just read this. There is something that you must not be getting. Savage and Gardner have razor wire attached to the nuts of each and every elected democrap official in Nisky. They don't blow their noses without getting the OK, in triplicate from both those turds. This has been a democrap bastion for years and they take each and every marching order directly from the 6th floor of the county building. You and all the other well heeled preservationists in Nisky may have nice degrees hanging in the den on the judge's paneling, but your understanding of the ruthlessness and cunning of this gang leaves you woefully blind. Every word uttered by that heart attack on wheels, Gardner is taken as the 11th commandment by these puppeted fools who have no sense of self. Savage and so tied in with the developer that they remind me of the dredlocks on Bob Marley's skull. So while you may think you are dealing with the actual culprits in trying to rectify this now hopeless situation, you are much talking directly to God when you speak to a Catholic Priest. ...you are dealing with county lawyer Landry, county auditor McDonnell and the rest of the Nisky politicos who have taken their orders to turn that historic property into a dustbowl and pile of bricks so that the contributions may continue to fall like manna from heaven into the democrap coffers at the county level. That so-called judge, the former hoop star- he and his cronies on the bench are as much taken by the power of the "party" as are the lowest dog catcher appointed by the bunch, who needs to beg for his daily sustenance. I suggest you have a bowl of reality cornflakes. |

The Nisky town Supervisor cannot go to the can without first calling SS Savage. Anyone that thinks she is not calling all the shots is hopelessly in the bag. Great job on this by the Nisky town planner! Right, they don't have one. They made a secretary the planner with predictable results. And nobody said nuthin. |

The liberal progressive socialists all drink from the same glass and take their instructions from the same play book!
Regressives may drink from the same glass - as for Democrats we think for ourselves and learned not to share drinking glasses when we were children. Furthermore, we, Democrats, are a big tent party which includes conservatives (the real ones), moderates, and liberals. |

I think it would have been better if they had move the house to the other side and opened it as a museum or library. What they want to do with it is awful. It looks horrible where it now sits. Right up next to the road with the back facing. They should have left it the way it was. If they needed more stores, there are a lot of empty buildings around the area. |

I know its an old building. It was once on a nice looking piece of land that could have been nice for the community. The building could have been renovated and a park built. Now the whole corner looks awful and there really isnt a need for more retail there. I think it would have been better off moved to the back of the lot facing Baltown Road. To use it as a center piece for retail just clashes badly. |

This building looks worse than it did where it was. I agree that if it was going to be moved, the front of the building should have faced State Street, with the back facing the mall. I guess it's for all those people who don't want the many types of stores that are in Mohawk Commons that are going to see the same types of stores in this area instead. |

I went by it Sunday. I also agree that the front of the building should have faced state street. It looks awful! And I also agree that more retail across from a major retail mall isn't needed. But let's remember............this isn't so much about WHAT is going in there.................it's all about the 'friends and family club' and what developer get's the nod! IMHO of course! |

This is a complete disgrace. The Nisky DEMS all supported this. Go to empty St James Square and tell us you need more retail space. The developer presented a plan that had every tree on the property crossed out. And nobody said nuthin. No town planning-everything done on a seat of the pants basis. Change is in the air in Nisky. The DEMS really stepped in it by messing with the senior center staff {sound familiar?} Now they are all riled up and will throw the DEMS out. Glorious leader SS Savage just got crushed. Let's see how her neighbors and running dogs do next year. The Alliance Party or NNTP should announce a slate for Nisky. All the chickens are coming home to roost. |

The old building will be tied into the new development -- and from the drawings it looks like it will be a good project. At least, it will not look as awkward as what they did to the Glen-Sanders Mansion - that house was undoubtedly more historic and more of the original building existed .. but Glenville let them destroy that building with the ugly additions ...... mmm ..and isn't Glenville run by the Republicans and Boob Farley ??? |

Bob Farley is still dancing in the streets over his father unbelievable 66% of the vote over horrible SS Savage. Slightly off on that race? He is not the Glenville Supervisor and had nothing to do with Glen Sanders. Nisky, like the City, has been run into the ground by all DEM rule. This includes receiver of taxes, town jerk and town justices. This will not stand. The REPS will make changes and be swept back into office. If they don't a new party will rout the DEMS. |

Greed and power. Money talks, BS walks. No sense in crying over spilled milk. Not like there isnt enough empty retail space available for the taking. Bigger is better. Somebody got paid. |

Gee, I wonder if Mr. Mazzone realizes that. |
