The NO NEW TAX PARTY will be the biggest vote getter of any 3rd party. Because they stand for something. The IND party embarrassed itself with its endorsement for County Leg. We need term limits.

How did the IND party embarrassed them selves benny

Not to mention the embarassment for the Town of Rotterdam.  Richard Nebolini should be hooking down on State and Chestnut.  Sold out his party for a job for his stepson in the highway dept, numerous appts to the BAR and last but not least he forgot what Joe Sue Rah Rah referred to him as when Jolly Joe didnt get the line in the 2005 Co Leg race.  King Richard the WHORE!!!!!

If this were Colonie an investigation would be brewin but not in Sch'dy County

Today the "proof will be in the pudding." Obviously from what I read the NNT people will sweep the town, plus they made thousands of negative calls and sent anonymous letters out! The hopscotch can be no more. They have to win with the thousands they spent.

The NNT party has been sweeping the town.  That's how they got their word out, speaking to the people, with all but one candidate getting more than 20% of the vote.  I'd like to know who received even one "negative call" from the NNT and what "anonymous letters" were sent out.  Plus, if these letters were so "anonymous," how are you linking them back to the NNT party?

This is getting a little hard to believe, GB.  Lastly, how do you know at this point how much the NNT party has spent on their campaign?  Maybe all the money they have spent has gone into 3 things, gas for their cars, campaign literature / signs, and a few good pairs of shoes each.

Unless you have some proof, it would seem you're only making things up because you're scared of something.  I can only imagine what that is.

The only "anonymous letters" I've seen this campaign season have been the ones at the top of several people's posts on here who, for whatever reason, have decided to remain anonymous.  That is up to you, but unless you want to come out from behind the shield of a pseudonym, I don't think you would have much to say...or the words that you DO say don't mean as much.

Mr. Littlefield and Mr. O'Connor have been forthcoming with issues on this site.  I can only imagine how many others in the political circles are posting here and what agendas they may have for it.

I didn't receive a letter either only a call from the Rep committee running down the candidates who were in the primary against the parties choices.

No surprise there. At the last Town Board meeting everyone was present but only the NO NEW TAXES PARTY spoke against the horrible EMS tax. The major party candidates ALL kept quiet. Profiles in courage?

The IND party made a fool out of themselves by only endorsing Judy DAG for 2 seats. They supported the REP {who wisely dropped out} and then should have given a nod to Brad Littlefield.

By the way what's up with all the Joe Lazzari signs? They are all over the County.

So are you supporting the IND candidate for Sheriff Joe Lazzari? Any party that endorses one candidate for 2 seats deserves criticism.

Back on topic the NO NEW TAXES PARTY is the only party against establishing a new taxing district in town. Those that think it will not happen need to look at Troy. The residents there just established a new taxing district for the libraries. This tax is also coming to Schenectady County. Library trustees refuse to cut underused City branches and next want to create a separate taxing district.

We must draw a line in the sand on the EMS Tax. While the 2 major parties refuse comment and have fingers to the wind the NO NEW TAXES PARTY is leading opposition. Which side are you on?

It should be painfully obvious that taxpayers everywhere are opposed to any tax increases no matter what the tax is for. The NNTP is the only one that has the stones to stand for what they believe in and the rest of the parties are just sitting back waiting to see what the people are going to want so that they don't lose any votes.

The reps were the ones supporting, campaigning on (in the beginning) and promoting a taxing district for rems. They have since back peddled and are now thinking 'referendum". And you are correct benny.....they have ALL retreated back into their shells on this one.....except the NNTP!

Both major parties better wake up. Nobody supports another taxing district. I was at the last Town Board meeting. Every candidate was there but nobody said nuthin about the EMS Tax-EXCEPT NNTP! Brian McGarry is against this --Where is Steve? Where are a couple of Joes? The time for referendum has long past.

This could not be clearer. Don't vote for any double talker. I don't care if you saw them at Little League or they bought your son an ice cream after his first hit-lol-DUMP THEM.

No wonder Stan "THE MAN" got dumped. The others are in deep doo-doo. Self described "fiscal CONS" that want to establish another tax district? Only in Schenectady County. The Howdy Doody working together team?
