People need to take responsibility for their properties and not live like they don't have a clue what a lawnmower or broom is. Clean up your properties people! I hope that once the properties are taken care or even if they are not taken care of the ,Town of Rotterdam is billing them for the legal notice that the code enforcement officer had to put in the newspaper on the taxpayers dime.
