Puddy ~ you sound like a bitter Bob Godlewski ~ you both have made good points in the past and sounded like idiots two seconds later.

You’re right that Tommasone loses, and Stan is already out (though his running on the I and WFP lines will actually help O’Connor) ~ I think that’s about it.  Dems will lose all town board races and Reps lose Supervisor.

I keep wanting to hear some well thought out debate, but all you do is spew bitter, angry Dem rhetoric ~ seems like everything is personal with you.

Bitter???  You mean like the bitter pill of losing Stan the Man, the conservative primary by a bundle and Mertz getting the heave ho.  You mean bitter about the recent Gazette Editorial and cartoon slamming Mr Surprise?  You mean bitter like not having any REP candidates for City Council or Co Leg in Sch'dy?  You mean bitter like losing to Scott Murphy?  You mean bitter like a potential 12-3 minority on the Co Leg?  You mean bitter like the downright cold reception the Town Republicans are getting from small business, large land owners and common folk?

Nah I aint bitter.  I am the cat that swallowed the canary.  Tweet Tweet

Darn it Puddy ~ there you go again ~ making sense.  With all the Rep problems though ~ I still think Dems have failed to convince the voters why they should get their vote.  Remember, voters don't generally make their decision based on who they don't want ~ there are enough bad politicians getting re-elected to prove it ~ just look at the County for example.

I agree, BUT, we are waiting here, hanging by our fingernails, for some solid info. Perhaps there are some here that share your concerns AND perhaps can even add too them. But unless you give some solid proof.....some will have no choice but to think it is all empty innuendo's, and political manipulation. K?

As for me, I would not vote for fdg and crew. (for various reasons ) I won't be responsible for the mess it will create for rotterdam if 'the crew' is in charge.IMHO

No one else has had to come up with proof. Isn't that a double standard for me to have to?
Anywho, I do have a picture of the "mayor". I know who he is, where he works, why
he is doing what he is doing and his connection to fdg. I will post all of it in due
time. In the meantime, you can learn all about how the south mall came to be, the
obnoxious 43 year lease on it, and (unfortunately it doesn't list the contractors, but they
got rich off the deal), rich enough to have a very large house in Rotterdam. It is all
available on the internet.  I could sit here and bash the republicans but again,
what would be the point of repeating what has already been proven, no strike that
said, no strike that, proven, no wait......

Perhaps I DO know what you are talking about. And it is NOT on the internet.

I know every 'key word' and nothing. Really! That's why this whole thing is shadowed with doubt. Perhaps true, but not on the net.

Don't hold your breath. This is what passes for political debate? Another new low from the dead enders. Fran Del Gallo in a landslide-the only question can a couple of Joe's survive?

One of the Joe's is going.  My intel tells me Sigsnore.  Evidently Sue Rah Rah is promoting a bullet vote scenerio.  (One vote for Surahda)  Effectivley did it in the primary.  There is growing speculation of a Dem tsunami and the Reps know it may be reality.  Look for staff changes to happen pre-election for the handwriting is on the wall and the back biting has begun.  Aimless leadership trend that we see throughout the county by the REPS has caught up with them in Rotterdam.

Desperate men do desperate things so all the banter on the South Mall BS is an indication of just that.

Puddy ~ you're "intel" is way off.  Even if Surhada continues his bullet vote campaign (which would piss me off if I was Signore) as he did in the primary ~ both Joe's win.  I agree that Reps are completely out of control, I had a visit from someone last night with some very disturbing news, suffice it to say that dirty Rotterdam politics are living up to their word.  No doubt ~ they are desperate.

From what I understand ~ there seems to be a lot of focus on McGarry and it's not all from the Reps ~ the Dems have serious concerns also.  I see people all day and you would be surprised on how many people know him, even though he's from the other side of town.  With DelGallo people have their concerns and with Tommasone and Mertz on the way out ~ McGarry may be the guy.  He's the only one who everyone likes and doesn't have any critics yet (of course now that I said that ~ Puddy/Cal/PDQ ~ GB/Mary?)

Not only that, McGArry is related to Holly Vellano and Katie O'Connor if I am not mistaken. He has a huge family of people in town that like him simply because he is a very likable guy. As far as the other stuff goes, there is no bullet vote campaign, One Joe got 40 more votes than the other because he was first on the ballot, that is all. The two Joes are united and working together just about every day, congealing their support.

If mary is a rep operative or just a concerned citizen and has credible information that can be proven about the south mall....then I believe that it should be taken into consideration.

And if mary is a rep operative, s/he will proceed on trying to  discredit fdg AND mcgarry AND the NNTP to have clear sailing for s.t. and crew.

All of this political manipulating helps me to understand why some people won't even take the time to vote. Throw campaign mailers out before reading. Hang up on robocalls. Won't open doors when a candidate shows up at the door. And why more people are changing party affiliation to a blank.

It appears that leadership in ALL parties need to go. That ALL parties 'must' revert back to their grassroots ideology.
