I think it is admirable for someone (especially a businessperson) who just had a tax increase to run for public office. I mean that is about all the credentials that one needs to run this town. He'll be able to relate to the businesses in town and lower their taxes. IMHO

GB ~ No, not 2000 people, BUT, it was a better showing than any County/Town Republican event in 20 years AND it was his first serious fundraiser.  Everyone was very excited about what is happening AND general consensus is that Republicans are blowing up.
