ROCHESTER — Three-time gubernatorial candidate and billionaire B. Thomas Golisano is changing his home address to Florida to escape New York income taxes he says cost him nearly $14,000 a day. The 67-year-old philanthropist from the Rochester area has long criticized the state’s government and high taxes. Everyone in this state understands that raising the taxes on the rich will drive them out of the state but the dimwits in Albany who keep raising our taxes.
