SCHENECTADY — City police were busy late Friday investigating shots fired, a fight and a man with a shotgun on Gillespie Street.
Police were called out at just after 11 p.m. for a report of gunfire and yelling near the intersection of Union and Gillespie streets.
A dispatcher said there appeared to be no gunshot victims and police were looking at a fight in front of 1050 Gillespie. They found a silver handgun in an upstairs apartment.
