   From the AG release--The felony complaint alleges that Former Liberal Party Chairman, Ray Harding, obtained over $800,000 in illegal fees on the Sate Pension Fund investments as a reward for opening up a State Assembly seat for then Comptroller's Alan Hevesi's son and for 30 YEARS of prior political endorsements!

  The felony complaint filed today in Criminal Court charges that Ray Harding committed multiple felonies in violation of the Martin Act, the NYS securities fraud statute.
