ROTTERDAM -- A town man has been arrested in connection with a string of thefts from cars in the Colonial Manor neighborhood last Thursday morning.
Rotterdam Police officials said Jesse M. Roberts, 18, 1107 Cutler St., Apt. A3, along with another subject who has yet to be identified, broke into several cars in the area and took a variety of change, credit cards and GPS units. Police said Roberts then used one of the stolen credit cards at a local Hannaford, Dunkin Donuts and Hess Mart. He was located and arrested by Rotterdam Police Sunday night.
Roberts was arraigned and remanded to the Schenectady County Sheriff's Department pending reappearance and the investigation is ongoing.
I was just gonna say that. I mean what the heck was a kid from Cutler Street doing in Colonial Manor. It would be interesting to find out how he choose that area to target.

Put up a wall. Rotterdam is too close to the City. This is becoming more common place. Keep re-electing liberal Krat judges and "legislators" who want to increase welfare payments.
