Keep spewing your hatred and misinformation.  What goes around, comes around.

Uh Oh....that don't sound too good! Sounds like a threat...yes?

Papa....are you saying and believing that PZ is the ONLY person in Schenectady County and beyond that feels and sees this the same way? If you believe that, I got a bridge to sell ya! It appears that she is just the one who says it. Did you threaten Carl Strock when he 'spewed' some of the same sentiments, in writing, in the gazette?

The only person who that sees this the same way?  You mean that Raucci committed no crime?  No she's probably not the only person in Schenectady
thinking that.  There are many uneducated people living in Schenectady.  Don't remember Strock being stupid enough to suggest that Raucci commited no crimes.
Guess the jury will figure that out.  My guess is that they will see it a little differently.

Threats?  Hardly.  Just been my experience that what goes around comes around.  Heard that before somewhere.....  Havta wait and see

There are plenty of people out there who think that some issues in this case are irrelevant to a terrorist charge. For example......he was a bully boss. That is a school district/union issue. There are allegations of sexual harassment. That too is a school district/union issue.

I'm not saying he is innocent or guilty and neither is anyone else. There are many people questioning the process and evidence and how it is being presented.

Now if this line of thinking constitutes a 'what goes around comes around' statement.....we are all in big trouble for 'thinking'!

That guy's been back in the area for about five years now give or take. Does that sound fishy to you?

Explosives in school vehicle, “man’s man.”
March 15, 2010 at 3:54 pm by Lauren Stanforth

Schenectady schools messenger Barbara Tidball, who was Steven Raucci’s secretary between Sept. 2007 and Feb. 2009, testified this afternoon that she saw explosives in a truck Raucci drove, nestled in a pocket near the steering wheel. Tidball, who said Raucci took her to breakfast many days, said some of the devices were red with a green fuse, and another was white with a fuse sticking out of the middle.

Tidball said coming back from one breakfast, Raucci got a phone call from his wife, saying she got an anonymous phone call that Raucci was having an affair with Tidball, which wasn’t true. Tidball testified that Raucci believed it was Deborah Gray who made the phone call and that “the war would never be over,” between himself and the Grays; Hal Gray testified today about four different instances of vandalism at his home and on his cars..................>>>>.............>>>>..............http://blog.timesunion.com/crime/explosives-in-school-vehicle-mans-man/4042/

You couldn't invent facts in Raucci trial

By MARV CERMAK COVERING SCHENECTADY
First published in print: Tuesday, March 16, 2010

Some folks I meet in my Capital Region travels are aghast at the Steven Raucci trial testimony and other administrative end skulduggery in the Schenectady School District.

The district in the last year or so has been disgraced by a budget fiasco that stuck it to taxpayers, a school board member holding an alcohol party for students, the district lawyer breaking laws and regulations by the bunches, reinstatement of a board member defeated in an election, using on-duty employees for election campaigns and on and on.
Dysfunctional isn't a strong word enough to describe the zoo. The folks I spoke with couldn't understand how things could get so far out of hand. There is a real simple answer -- nobody was watching the store.

Before I stopped working full time, I was a regular at school board meetings for decades. Frequently, only a few citizens attended sessions. Sometimes it was just myself and another reporter. On occasion, I was the only one in the peanut gallery.

I recall writing the first eye-opener involving Raucci. It concerned his pay rocketing from $41,000 in 2002 to $104,000 in 2004. A school official upset about the huge pay jump leaked the info to me because I was always around.

This lack of citizen interest in school board meetings and a feeble voter turnout of less than 5 percent at every annual school board election is appalling. The apathy has been a clear signal to district power brokers that they could get away with murder, so to speak.

Things have been out of control. You really can't make this stuff up. Finally, some new people are preparing to run for the school board, but I'll bet the voter turnout will remain abysmal.

A top-level area school administrator told me a book about this circus could be a best-seller. Hey, it might even be Hollywood material.............>>>>..........>>>>............Read more: http://www.timesunion.com/AspStories/story.asp?storyID=911983&category=MCERMAK#ixzz0iKO6POrZ

that's what happens when a county offers so much government service that folks decide they dont have to make decision accept responsibility or even be involved, as long as they are getting served
and they dont even know what they are getting served with, as to what kind of value it has...you know Dollar Store mentality,,,,,,keep the masses in the dark and no one will ever question you...
Schenectady is in the midst of a small Dark Age.......that's what happens when government usurps the minds/souls of it's plebs/constituents........

"There is nothing Steve Raucci has done illegally".  Ya know, maybe I have had a change of heart.  Maybe I am beginning to believe that statement made by a fellow blogger a few days ago.  I mean the fact that Raucci asked for the Rotterdam cop's address days before the explosive went off on his
street and also asked where the Athletic Director lived a day before the explosive went off at his house could simply be a coincidence.  Joanne Desarbo complaining to Raucci about her breakup only to have an explosive left at that woman's home and her home damaged and the damage to Gray's house on many occasions and Raucci leading a group of school district employees by the house the next day could have been a coincidence.  The jury shouldn't think that Raucci has done anything illegally just because of testimony like that.  I mean- where's the
evidence?

I am beginning to agree!  Raucci was just a hard-nosed boss that his employees didn't like because he was working hard to save the district millions and sometimes it resulted in employees not being happy!  Those unionized employees are all slugs anyway.

He had some firecrackers he used to blow off once in a while and he liked his secretary to dress well for him.  Big deal!

Steve Raucci for school Board in 2010!!!!

Pappa--a terrorist he's not.  But can't you get him on the RICO laws?  If you can put a bunch of children in jail based on the RICO laws why not Raucci.  He's a bad actor--I think all would agree.

I have to agree with you on this one boomer. And I also believe that he was clearly not 'acting out' alone. No one is going to ever convince me that his superiors did not know what he was doing. No one is going to tell me that he wasn't given the blessing by his superiors as excepted behavior. No one is going to tell me that the 'keeper of that school' that housed his office knew nothin'! BAD BEHAVIOR-yes! A TERRORIST - no! BULLY BOSS - yes! TERRORIST - no! WERE OTHERS INVOLVED - yes! DID HE ACT ALONE? no!
IMHO

...he is a cretin...BUT the whole power elite in this county would be on trial if there was any real justice because they KNEW and this guy did their bidding...It is like executing the camp guards and letting Himmler, Eichmann and Mueller go scot-free if they had them at the close of WW II

OTHERS KNEW. Bombs were planted on behalf of certain people. He was doing this stuff FOR people in the "power groove" for some time, both in the city and rest of the county. People knew. Why wasn't he stopped earlier. Why was he allowed to keep building bombs in a school all those years????

The people behind the scenes will never be tried because it would be too embarrassing to too many "connected" people...yeah, rush to hang him now, but in doing so, all the others behind him, laying in the tall grass will be kept safe.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Victim breaks down, yells at defense
March 16, 2010 at 12:30 pm by Lauren Stanforth

Schenectady County District Attorney Robert Carney was ending his direct examination of alleged Steven Raucci victim Gary DiNola a few minutes ago, asking him how the incident of the explosive has affected his life.

DiNola began to cry, wiping his eyes.

“It’s changed our life,” DiNola said, pausing to try and compose himself. “I’m angry,” DiNola told Carney, “you need to know that.”

Carney asked specifically what’s changed and DiNola said his wife deadbolts the doors every night at their country home.

Raucci’s attorney, Ronald DeAngelus, stood up and objected to DiNola’s continued testimony while DiNola was talking. DiNola said loudly across the courtroom to DeAngelus, “Sit in my shoes, sir.”

Judge Polly Hoye told DiNola to have no contact with the defense attorney, and Carney said he had no further questions.

Earlier in the testimony, DiNola said, “My family and I paid a price for taking a stand,” to which Hoye had the statement stricken from the record after much protest from DeAngelus..............>>>>.................>>>>..............http://blog.timesunion.com/crime/victim-breaks-down-yells-at-defense/4068/

What is your point here

I would have thought you'd have gotten it clearly. If you have to question that, a simple one line statement that requires a yes or no acknowlegement, then perhaps you need to read it again. A little more slowly perhaps.

The fish is out of the Florida waters and has traveled upstream to this area. No "point" was intended. Just a bit of fishy information. Comprende?
