HOORAY for the school administration- NOT. What a terrible mess. How sad it has gotten but when you cover up bad things going on in the school and you are on a school board, someday you have to answer for it. People come forward and all that...

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

You have it backwards. The Mad Bomber was the one calling all the shots, running school Bored campaigns "for the kids". With him in the pokey the wheels have fallen off. Mr. Janisewski's list of voting stooges has been cut by 75%. The Mad Bomber did the hiring and promotion and everyone knew about it and looked the other way. Still not one administrator has been canned or left in disgrace. Graham has it right and the FBI should be immediately called in. There is no end in sight.

President Brisport who was installed by Mr Janisewski has already fallen on her face. All she cares about is continuing the pathetic status quo. She wants to fire no one, stall for time and continue down his do nothing path.

They are all scared of him. Without him they can't even slash some tires and get away with it. He might light a firecracker in their mailbox-or not help in their re-election to school bored campaign? Linda Bellick got trounced the one election The Mad Bomber sat out. Despite Sal's endorsement.

No one looked the other way? lol! Get a subscription to the Gazetto-ot read one for free at the diner-they all knew -were stupid enough to record notes proving they knew and exactly when they knew.  This is right up there with the Nixon tapes.

I hope someone is keeping newspaper clippings and notes cause this will surely be a great 'fiction' novel someday cause no one will ever believe this is true!

Be civilized, but get rid of Ely and company

Regarding the Raucci affair and other scandals at the Schenectady City School District. My colonial ancestors had a method of dealing with such errant and disreputable public servants. They would appear at their doorsteps with a bucket of tar and bag of feathers.
Today such direct and effective action is considered uncivilized, so we must find gentler means of protest. My method was to write each member of the school board a letter chronicling the questionable deeds of Mr. [Superintendent Eric] Ely and company and humbly requesting they be dismissed from their jobs. I also requested that many of my friends and neighbors in the Stockade do the same and some already have.
Now I would like to urge all residents of Schenectady to do the same. Write a letter, send an e-mail, make a phone call, and let the board members know you are outraged and won’t put up with it. Apathy solves no problems. If we apply increased and sustained pressure on the board, sooner or later they just might get the message and do the right thing.

That's the whole problem you are only "requesting". Stop acting like sheeple and start demand those that were at the meeting in 2005 get fired. All must face justice. The DA must speed up his glacial pace. Once you get The Mad Bomber on the stand singing then maybe you'll see some action.

BT is right about the book/movie-but only one person could play The Mad Bomber-Joe Pesci. A combination Casino/Goodfellas -your "award winning" Schenectady School District!

Raucci loses third bid for bail
Judge cites evidence of threats by former school official accused of arson

By PAUL NELSON, Staff writer
First published in print: Friday, July 24, 2009

SCHENECTADY -- For the third time since March, a state judge on Thursday denied bail for accused bomber Steven Raucci.

Acting Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Giardino rejected the argument by defense lawyer Ronald DeAngelus that a county judge abused her discretion when she ruled in June that Raucci should remain in the county jail after testimony from prosecution witnesses in her chambers. She made a similar decision in March, a month after the Niskayuna man was arrested on arson charges.

Giardino concluded that Visiting Schenectady County Judge Pollye Hoye had "exceeded the standard practice of a summary proceeding and actually took testimony and allowed for submitted questions by defense." Giardino said Hoye "considered the relevant factors," including Raucci's lack of a criminal history, significant ties to the community and employment history which were favorable. Giardino also stressed the evidence and the threats prosecutors say the 60-year-old defendant made about taking his own life and that of others instead of going to prison. Giardino said those accusations "go directly to the defendant's character, reputation, and mental condition" and "reflect a clear intent to avoid incarceration and take drastic and ultimate action to avoid apprehension if released."

Just hope Sal is not on The Mad Bombers first (of 29) juries. Or that other idiot from the Independent Party in Rotterdam. Two jamokes think it's no big deal?

NEWSFLASH: Another SCSD scandal about to make a big splash! This one is too hot for the daily snooze. Couple of employees were caught by shocked students near the HS pool. As usual nobody knows from nuthin...nobody fired....nobody has resigned in disgrace. Can't blame the Mad Bomber for this but the usual glacial pace of firing by the AWOL leadership.
