Biag...take the town to court and grieve your assessment. Document all of the surrounding homes and compare the assessments. You have the right to do this WITHOUT an attorney.

Start by going to the town and grieve your taxes by comparing these homes. IF nothing is done, go to court. REALLY!! Betcha you'd get action long before it ever even went that far!!!

I guess the point is....Mallozzi...his entire compound is unders asessed....Surprise is already baulking at the other residents that complain and hasnt done a thing.....I have been through the grievance process and won....this is different, the Town is in trouble with everyone....
