It's real easy and quick to find the truth. It takes a lot more time to rummage through the cover-ups and lies.
And IF this audit comes back questionable, which we all know it should, Tedisco will clearly lose credibility since he supported the extension of the plex BEFORE the audit was completed. If he had only placed a stipulation on the the results of the audit on his decision, that audit would have been done long ago.
I am very disappointed in the Comptroller. But they have to know that we aren't going away any too soon! WE ARE WAITING! IMHO

This is the danger with a one party dictatorship. They work so well together they can screw twice as easily!
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

It's time to contact your elected representatives (NYS Governor, NYS State Senator, NYS Assemblyman, etc.) to request an update re: the status of the audit results/report.
I think that Mr. Dinapoli was on The Drive Home on WROW, AM 590 today towards the end of the show. I didn't realize that he was the one that was the head of the State Comptroller, the one that is heading up all the audits. Brad, tomorrow morning, I will send an e-mail to Sherman Baldwin at WROW and see if he thinks he'll have Mr. Dinapoli back on anytime soon. Maybe someone can call in at that time and ask what's going on with the investigation.

Perhaps emails are in order to the comptroller's office. I'm sending mine in.

Day 276: One update to the released audit reports in the past 10 days. Although this report details an alleged and serious impropriety by a public official, the amount of money involved pales in comparison to that being disbursed by the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority. The public deserves to learn the results of the Metroplex audit.
I sent an e-mail to one of our representatives and asked him/her to look into why it's taking so long to get the results of the Metroplex Audit. I got a canned e-mail back saying that he will look into it and get back to me but it could take some time because they have to investigate the matter and that the representative is very busy. If and when I get an answer I'll post it here for all to see.

Which representative did you send it to? Personally, I would say send it to all, but if we know which one this is, we can start to lean on them a little harder.
I sent it to the one that represents this district GA. Send him a few more and let him know there's interest in the results of the Metroplex Audit from his district.
I hope GA will really look into it since he and Tedisco walk lock step together and also agreed with the increase in the plex bond BEFORE the audit was completed. And there were tons of people that emailed both of them asking them to consider waiting until the audit was complete....but they didn't. I hope GA responds to you shadow, cause ya did a good thing!

State Comptroller DiNapoli is working to find and fight fraud at every level of State and local government. The public’s help is needed in this fight. New Yorkers can report allegations of fraud, corruption or abuse of taxpayer money by calling a toll-free hotline at 1-888-OSC-4555 (1-888-672-4555).
The hotline is staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by experienced investigators from the Investigations Unit of the Legal Services Division of the Office of the State Comptroller. New Yorkers may also file an online complaint, print a complaint form or send an e-mail to investigations@osc.state.ny.us.
Once a complaint is received, the Investigations Unit may:
Conduct a preliminary investigation;

Close the case.
Individuals who make an allegation may remain anonymous. Individuals should view the Comptroller’s privacy policy before submitting a complaint.
