I think the issue is with the college folks and the lets say those with 'trades'.......not to offend anyone, but I am referring to those with trades that they
think are OK....ie: drug dealing, gang banging, illegal gambling,prostitution etc etc.......always in trouble and harassed, their own choice of 'trades'......
as for the SPD----they better draw a clearer line in the sand......JMHO
