LOL

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Ok, so we know that these apts do not accept section 8. Right?

I predict that there will be some lunatic nut case out there that will b**ch and moan and try to have them mandated for section 8.

Just watch!!!!

comp plan   - YES
will the comp plan prevent spot zoning???  -  NO
what is the plan when we cannot develop anymore will we be right back to today.
do we have a business / residential ratio??

NO MORE cramped HOUSING until the effluent stops flowing uncontrollably down hill to the water supply

I swear someone high up knows the homeowners pain limit

rotterdam house price $ taxes $$$$
north atlanta house price $$$$ taxes $
given the same distance to work

so what is the dfference?  - just asking

BTW which levy

do you like the value on the school tax, county or town levy's

the town levy is 1/4 if that of the total

and how do i measure the value?

The ENTIRE LEVY.......we have inmates building school desks and the likes for the schools and the
NYS Lotto for education----what the hell??? STAR what??---just a politico podium puck........get to the
dirt......

county levy for what?
town levy for what?

the 'niceties' are nice.....but so is a T-bone every night for dinner.....well, when you cant afford it
anymore, it is replaced with meatloaf....

the politicos fail to see that their elected tenure does/should have an ending, they dont want to
swallow their loss....instead they promise promise promise and make themselves out to be saving
prophets......couple that with the backroom gumbas(in BOTH MAJOR PARTIES),,,and the taxpayer
is just a doormat to their 'club'.......

First question, and although it doesn't effect rotterdam directly, how many days does anyone think that b.hamilton worked so far this year? FOIL for it....you'd all be shocked.

Second question, are there any rotterdam police that are awol that are still collecting a pay check?

Third question, who will be negotiating the next give-a-way police contract?

Come on mightmouse....who will be up to the challenge to change this scenario? It's the same old political BS. This is the first thing politicians throw out at the taxpayers when they complain about taxes. Our politicians have been doing this same thing for years and years.

Well, I for one, am tired of hearing it......do something about it....if you dare!

The police retirement system is set up by the state legislature but the salaries, overtime, and the number of police officers on the job are negotiable. It's time whoever is elected takes a long hard look as to where to cut down on the police expenses in the budget as it is almost half of the whole town budget.

Don't hold your breath! Although, if both dago's lose, it will be a tremendous blow and I believe downfall of the current local con/cop party. They will have lost traction! IMHO

First, there is no politician out there to take on the boys in blue. We all saw what happens when someone attempts that. That's why a double dago defeat will be a monumental defeat for the con/cop party.

Second, what cop would give eunie a ticket? Just like what cop would press charges against campaign sign stealing?

Judging by the $1000 contribution from Zhang to del Gallo (Source: NYS Board of Elections) and the barrage of political signs outside 325 Mariaville Rd., I think it's safe to say that all will be forgiven and business as usual will carry on in the style of the wild west at the old Army Depot.
