This is a great and exciting time to be a resident of Schenectady County.

Ya, if you're not a taxpayer.

The awesome thing about this new project on the old ALCO site is that finally Schenectady is embracing its
place on the Mohawk River.   Once we get the Bicentennial Park built in Rotterdam Junction -- along with other
improvements in that hamlet .....   Just like as string of pearls  -- we will have a string of wonderful places
along the river in Schenectady County  from Rotterdam Junction  down river to the City of Schenectady and
Village of Scotia and further on down to Niskayuna.

This is a great and exciting time to be a resident of Schenectady County.

Is this some sort of hash pipe dream?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

DV forgets that the Federal/State/Local governments are broke and in deep debt so where's the money going to come from to pay for this pipe dream it certainly won't be the tax payer because they are at their limit as well.

Yep, like Cornells (x2), Bombers (x?), Upper State St., Crane St., Bellevue, etc.

If the best is yet to come, I'd suggest running for the border NOW

Don't forget Van Dyke {x3}, The Big Hose, Robinson Retail Mecca, lower State Street, The Silver Diner.

"renaissance"-def.-More parkland that the City can't afford to maintain and condos that no one wants, where thousands of high paying jobs used to be. Parkland does nothing to improve economic conditions. No wonder this County has the highest unemployment in the area.

Would you case to explain how two armed robberies in broad daylight in less than 48 hours is "awesome renassance"    Would you please explain how you arrive that that conclusion

Of course, you have chosen to not provide any proof of those alleged FBI statistics saying that crime in Schenectady is going down.  How come you haven't provided the proof?   Because it's not true and there is no such link.

It is your inability to provide ANY PROOF WHATSOEVER of anything you say that makes you totally not credible.

Why to you consistently refuse to provide any proof of the things you say?    Huh??????

The old ALCO site is the perfect place for a mixed use development --- close to College Park, the Stockade
and Downtown.    Easy access to Rotterdam, Glenville and Niskayuna.

It will be an awesome addition to the city and will continue the county's renaissance.

Such a wild imagination.

ARe people going to move into where there are armed robberies.   Or do you think the news about the robberies is fake?
