I almost decided to call the police this morning when I saw someone watering, and I think I will start.  There is a fine for that, and it'll bring my taxes down if the police start collecting more fines.

I could actually care less about who waters what and when! This restriction has been going on since I was a kid and we still got water. What the problem is, is that this town keeps developing and building without any provisions for the excess water/sewer/road usage. Rotterdam can not continue to develop these MFH and business's such as the proposed WalGreens without FIRST making sure the infrustructure is in place.
So ya know what I say...."water whatever and when ever"...and if we run out of water...the powers to be, past and present, have only themselves to blame! They should be held accountable for poor managment, insight and future vision.

And don't you worry BK about collecting those fines and thinking it would bring your taxes down (aint gonna happen)...the RPD will eat that all up in their padded OT anyways!
