Senders, am I reading that one correct?

I'm trying to use the definition in the sentence.

Thou shall not make thyself corrupt, thou shall not impure by adding foreign or inferior......

If buddhalee were doing the commandments, wouldn't he say, "thou shall adulterate" meaning "thou shall prepare for sale by replacing more valuable with less valuable," and "thou shall add inferior substance..."

OK, sorry to take us back off the subject of the commandments, but with the fence again. Now, let's say we're not talking about the horrible look and upkeep of the fence.  What if there was graffitti actually on the store?  How long would it take for the store to recognize it and clean it up?  Well, (Paint) Chip should also realize that, as far as the public is concerned, that fence is an extenson of his store, and as the fence goes, so does the store.

I did stop in for 2 minutes tonight and actually got through line really quick.  Good thing even though I had 1 thing I didn't go through express (about 5-7 people standing in line).  Went to another line and got right in and out.  Caught them at a time where they were overstaffed.

To clarify, it's buddhalee's commandment to the employees, and let's face it, look at the things from China which are inferior.  Walmart has replaced valuable products with less valuable, replaced with foreign substances.

Wal-Mart tightens guidelines on theft
NEW YORK — Wal-Mart is recommending its stores prosecute shoplifters at a younger age, tightening guidelines for store managers as it seeks to put a cap on rising theft that has eroded its profit.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Wednesday it issued new guidelines to its U.S. stores this week lowering the age at which it recommends they prosecute first-time shoplifters to 16 from 18.
The change comes two months after Wal-Mart said an increase in shoplifting, employee theft and other inventory loss was among factors hurting profitability in the first quarter. A year ago, Wal-Mart relaxed its policy by recommending stores only prosecute first-time offenders when the items stolen are worth $25 or more, a guideline that remains in force. Wal-Mart spokesman John Simley said the latest guidelines were not a response to the company’s May statement of concern about theft. Instead, he said, they were the result of suggestions from stores around the country going back to the start of the year.
Joseph LaRocca, vice president of loss prevention at the National Retail Federation, said most retailers hold teenagers accountable for shoplifting, whether by calling parents or police.

Just sent to the Gazette Opinion page...

It was announced in the Gazette today, 7/12/07, that "Wal-Mart tightens guidelines on theft," and they're going to prosecute first time offenders of shoplifters, pushing down the prosecuted age from 18 to 16.  I appreciate that Wal-Mart is trying to cut down on crime.  Fixing this would help to keep down the price of goods that people come into the store to buy.
Well, I hope that the manager of the Wal-Mart here in Rotterdam decides that as he's going to crack down on this that maybe as an extra security measure, he's going to fix his fence on Patton Drive...again.  You know, if someone shoplifts something from the Altamont Ave. Wal-Mart, they have a free exit that no car can take.  Right through the fence that Wal-Mart put up.
Then, the neighbors wouldn't have to stare at the back of the store off of Patton Drive, either.  I'd even go as far as to suggest a block fence which would even cut down on the financial cost of maintenance.
Please, manager Chip Plowman, fix the fence, cut down the dead trees (or fix them up).  Let's do something to change this image, like the town asked you to do over two months ago.

Longer than 2 months ago.....I asked our Town Board(every member through e-mail) almost 18months ago, who was responsible for the fence--the town or walmart....not one of them answered me,,,,,I'm sure that walmart knows of our local block company Dagostino Block.....it's only a hop-skip-jump away from the store.....I say put back into your community what you have taken out........and adulterated........

BK - excellent!! I hope the gazette prints it. Then we should all cut it out of the paper and mail it to the Rotterdam Wal-Mart. AND on the envelop, stick on or write a yellow smilie face! Oh my God, what would his DM say about that? That would be the absolute BEST!

Now what day was it?  I stopped in Tuesday on the way home from work.  Not too many, probably no one wanted to venture out in the heat so it seemed likd they were overstaffed.  Actually, each of the 3 registers had a couple people in line.

I noticed these new "uniforms."  I can't believe it.  There was a young lady, probably early 20s, a black girl with  the hair closest to her head black, and then the other 2/3 maybe is dyed blond.  Her name tag was turned around so I couldn't get her name.  But she had on a light blue shirt underneath her "Walmart shirt."  The Walmart shirt, I couldn't believe it.  It was kind of a grayish blue.  Similar to how a sweatshirt looks when it ages and fades a bit.  Not normal "polo shirt" sleeves, very short sleeves.  Her shirt looked like Walmart's fence.  It had a good size hole in the sleeve

I have seen her.
They should have a dress code.
Or give them the cheap clothes they
have on the racks.

OK, I made a boo boo.  Was helpful to my wife the other day and picked up a set of sheets and pillow cases for an office wedding shower gift (she's making a big gift basket.)   I boo booed by getting standard size rather than queen.  Went to exchange them today.  They had three employees at the courtesy desk and still the waiting line of returns went almost back to the clothes!

Well, no problem getting an exchange, I didn't expect any problem, but it was the wrong day.

But I had to laugh at this one.  I'm waiting in line and I half heard something about a phone call for someone, the enunciation was so clear. and the page said for the customer to go to the courtesy desk.  Someone did appear, you always notice when someone seems to try to get in front of you, but the customer got the attention of an employee at the desk and said she had a phone call.  The employee said "no" implying they don't give calls to people at the desk.  The shopper insisted the page said the desk and I was about to call out that I heard it to, so the employee picked up the call and the customer got the call.  Amazing the employees don't know what co-workers are saying
