Shots fired in SchenectadyBy Haley Viccaro August 14, 2016 SCHENECTADY — Shots were fired in front of Chubby’s on Crane Street in Schenectady on Sunday afternoon. Schenectady police responded to reports of shots fired in front of the store on the 1000 block of Crane Street shortly before 3 p.m. and found blood in the street. People who were in the area at the time were reportedly having an argument and ran after the shots were fired, according to scanner traffic. The suspect is still at large. Police believe there is a victim but the victim was not on the scene and has not shown up at Ellis Hospital. Police have taped off the area and are reviewing camera footage from the store.
