The longest supreme court confirmation process from nomination
to resolution was Justice Brandeeis, at 125 days.

Obama has 341 days left in office.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Records were made to be broken    LOL

We are advised NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.   Funny how that works.

The U.S. Senate should wait until after January 20, 2017 to take filling the Supreme Court vacancy.  At that time, President Marco Rubio can nominate and the U.S. Senate confirm Ted Cruz as Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Cruz...Justice...seriously???  What are you smoking?
He is not qualified to hold any office to represent the people.
He's a worse showman than Trump.  His speeches are given
like a Sunday sermon at a Baptist revival meeting.  He shuts
down the Government by reading Dr. Suess....that's not what any
sensible taxpayer expects from an elected official.

JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!

I'd rather have Cruz on the Supreme Court than anyone that Obama, Clinton or Sanders would appoint.

IT'S A LIFE APPOINTMENT!  He would filibuster every case brought before the court unless
all the justices agreed with him.  He's a disaster and would be the most terrible choice for ANY position...even dog catcher!

If your base are RACISTS and BIGOTS... then "WE HOPE HE FAILS" makes a lot of sense.
The Obstructionism continues

Did you watch the part of the video where Biden says he will VOTE on the nominee?
Lets hope today's Republicans in the Senate will do the same.
They can vote yes or no, but their job is to vote...
Or they can continue the obstructionism and refuse to vote for any candidate.
