Schenectady is improving?   Some people say so.   Besides the massively falling tax base, the increasing taxes, the reduction in essential services (in favor of non-essential stupid fancy lighting), Schenectady is tops in violent crime.



The headline read that Troy was tops (based on total population), but based on these charts as per 1,000 population), clearly it is Schenectady overall for tops in violent crime.

Notice in the next population category, Rotterdam is tops.  

Notice Altamont shows as lowest for that final population group, no wonder that Buicko (who gets richer off our taxes, i.e, those of use who actually have our names on the tax rolls) won't have anything to do with living in the city or even in the county!
