with more than 700 absentee ballots still to be counted, could the fourth council seat still be up for grabs, as the other opponents were not that far behind.

Tell that to Leeser who has announced her intention to run for clown council President. Against Lumpy Kosiur-the great education expert. Only in Schenectady!

I say ethics violation.  She should NEVER be in a position to say OK to allowing legislation to proceed for her for-profit, non-taxpaying, employer.  Proctors is NOT a charity.  Nor is the lavish Key Hall - Proctors is no different than any theater on Broadway and Key Hall is no different from Riverstone, the Desmond, Turf Tavern, Glen Sanders, etc. etc.

And naturally she would NEVER entertain a suggestion for a complete and immediate reassessment of the city, even though the city is totally out of compliance with the laws of the state of NY.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
