That's what someone told us. I don't know the condition inside, I mean compared to those two in Colonie as far as code issues. But it certainly doesn't look like a nice apartment place either. |

What about all the Galesi apartments downtown? After all, they are tax exempt just like MHA apartments, and the taxpayers provided some money for building them. And of course the taxpayers paying that half million or so to demolish the DSS building owned by the billionaire Galesi. |
