There's more than a few houses in Delanson that are WAY over valued .. aint never gonna sell for their asking price! ($250k .. $300k .. $400k)

so like fantasy football,win some lose some...our rotterdam house we sold a few months back more than makes up for ANY loss we could take here in the city...but we would be fools not to try to maximize all investments no?
