Rotterdam Police arrest East Greenbush man for home break-in

ROTTERDAM - An East Greenbush man is accused of breaking into a home in Rotterdam Wednesday night.
Police say 22-year-old Ian Castaldo was found near the home on Rice Road after a neighbor reported the burglary.
They say they were able to tie evidence left behind in the house to Castaldo and arrested him shortly after the break-in.
He’s charged with burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
Police say more charges are possible.
