I'm still annoyed because I spent 4 hours at Guilderland court on two occasions to finally pay my $150 for the crime of not having my seat belt on.

are there more criminals than non-criminals?

which begs the question: are people inherently good or inherently bad, this is where that slippery slope of 'only if they are like me' comes
into play for the liberals and the need for 'behavior laws' such as anti-bullying; busters law; patriot act (see something say something);
sex offender laws etc etc....

What do you mean, excising my right to free travel makes me a double victim.

The State issues me a citation for endangering myself declaring me the victim of this heinous crime, then fines me for the offense.
