It looks like the Oak St bridge will finally get rebuilt...
Approval of the design is expected in December with bids going out January and construction slated to begin in April '16 Most of the funding is coming from the Feds... so don't thank the city...
The question is what gets opened first, the casino or the bridge?
The bridge was closed in April 2013... it took over two years to even come up with a plan.
