Well Ronnie I did my homework and I also pay taxes (which I know you do not do), but that's a story for another day. I called by buddy Mr. Hamilton at the PD....He informed me that the TOWN CLERK GAVE THE OK FOR THE FIREWORKS SALE TO COMMENCE AT PILOT BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO TO STOP THEM. She didn't do her homework as to that seasonal outdoor sales must go before the Planning Commission (you know the one you are on and obviously have no idea about the town codes) to be approved. Did you or the Planning Commission approve this Ronnie? Do not lecture me about rent control being on the NYS agenda as you don't pay rent, tax, mortgage or the like. I also found out through Mr. Hamilton, that a cease and desist order was given to Pilot, not for the sale of the fireworks, but for the fact that the person selling the fireworks did not have a license to sell the fireworks and there was no previous approval from the town. Do I give a rats a** if fireworks are being sold, no not really..do I give a rats a** that people don't know how to do their jobs properly, and potentially put peoples lives in danger, you better f'n believe it!

You better get your story straight the Town Clerk told Pilot it was legal to sell fire works she did not give a permit. The DPW has that jurisdiction.
